Cardio Latin Dance operates like a normal Group Fitness class beginning with a dance-based warm-up to prepare your body for the exertion to come; next is the cardio (work) portion of class which is the majority of the class time; followed by a cool-down to bring the heart rate down gradually. The cool down stretch also allows muscles to lengthen, helping improve flexibility. During class, your fitness instructor will lead you through a series of foot, hand and body movements which when strung together, will have you feeling like a lifelong Latin dancer. A partner is not required for Cardio Latin Dance Group Fitness classes.
