CONCRETE JUNGLE BOOTCAMP PROGRAM SUMMARY
Has urban living left you feeling like a caged animal? Well, let your carnal energies run wild this summer – outside – at Extreme Fitness’s newest class, Concrete Jungle Bootcamp.
It takes the best of Bootcamp, and utilizes the structures and facilities of the urban landscape by turning them into your workout playground. Use park benches for step-ups or tricep dips, street curbs for lunges, or perform vertical pushups against a majestic Maple tree. If it’s outside, we’ll use it to help you maximize your workout in a creative, yet effective manner. Depending on the day or the route taken, the workout will vary a little or vary a lot.
HOW WILL THIS BOOT CAMP WORKOUT PROGRAM BENEFT YOU
To make most out of summer in Toronto, we are taking our boot camp outdoor so that you can enjoy the summer weather while exercising in fresh air. You now have an opportunity to work harder to achieve your personal fitness goals in a group setting, make new friends and build camaraderie. Under the able guidance of certified class instructors who are well versed in effective exercise protocols, you will define and strengthen your body and discover your true potential.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THE FITNESS BOOTCAMP SESSION
Oftentimes people ask us what they can expect in a Fitness Boot Camp. Well, the first thing you can expect is tough love and then sweat. You’ll be challenged and motivated by your Extreme Fitness class instructor to discover your true strength and stamina. At the end of each class you’ll feel more empowered with great sense of accomplishment.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring with you water and towel. You’ll need both for sure. Wear light stretchy clothing. Nylon or lycra blends are great. Cotton T shirts are also fine.
