GROUP CYCLING PROGRAM SUMMARY
Indoor or Group Cycling or spinning as it is known, has been all the buzz with exercise enthusiasts for many years. Bikes are grouped within an enclosed area, where the instructor leads the group through a vigorous cycling “experience”. By recreating not only the physical, but also the emotional and visual experience of off-road and road racing, participants get to feel the adrenaline rush of competition. Add to that the driving beat of popular music, and you’ve got an exercise experience that is in a class all its own.

GROUP CYCLING PROGRAM FEATURE
All of our Cycle Instructors are certified and will deliver a sure-fire cardio workout each and every class. It’s up to you to take their direction and push yourself as appropriate, to ensure a maximal workout experience. Classes will vary from class to class and instructor-to-instructor, as themes such as Interval Training, Hill Climbs and Race Day rides are incorporated into class race plans.
Class length is traditionally 60 minutes, allowing for a warm up, cardio workout, cool down and stretch. Bikes accommodate regular running shoes as well as standard clip-in bike shoes.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH
Goals for what you can accomplish by regularly participating in indoor cycling training class will vary from individual to individual.
