KICK OFF THIS SEASON WITH FIT4SOCCER AT EXTREME FITNESS STARTING MAY 19th
In a continual effort to be at the forefront of offering creative new fitness concepts for its members, Extreme Fitness has passed the ball to Freestyle Soccer guru Eli Freeze to lead its newest functional group fitness program, Fit4Soccer. The 60-minute class teaches participants the basics of ball control, drills to build endurance and stamina, and exercises to increase strength and power specifically for the game of soccer.
"Performing Freestyle Soccer requires participants to be focused on every movement, maneuvering the ball and their body as if it were one," said Freestyle Soccer master and Fit4Soccer creator Eli Freeze. "I believe that combining Freestyle Soccer with fitness through Fit4Soccer is a great way for the everyday person to reap the fitness benefits from the sport."

The format of the Fit4Soccer class mimics a Soccer game. Participants develop strength though short bursts of speed in a variety of actions such as stopping, turning and directional changes. The instructors of Fit4Soccer are all professional Freestyle Soccer masters and will teach participants the secrets to their ball control skills and the art of Freestyle Soccer. Fit4Soccer is a unique way to get fit, learn some new soccer skills and have fun.
Soccer is one of the most popular sports in the world and Soccer players are known to be some of the best-conditioned athletes. How many overweight Soccer players can you spot during the World Cup? Can you say the same for all professional sports? Not really, there are quite a few hefty American Football players and a number of well-gutted Baseball stars. The concept of Fit4Soccer is ideal for people who want to get a lean and trim physique much like the British Soccer sex symbol David Beckham who is known for his rock star abs. It has been proven that interval training is much more effective at burning body fat than cardio alone. This is a big reason why Soccer players are absolutely ripped.
