Act of Valor Bootcamp

“The Act of Valor High-Intensity Bootcamp” group fitness class at Extreme Fitness will take you through the rigors of military-like training to fulfill a combat mission. You will be pushed and stretched to the limits to achieve peak fitness levels like those of marines enacted in the upcoming blockbuster movie in February, 2012. This class is available only for a limited period of time.

What can you can expect in this Fitness Bootcamp? Tough love and sweat! You’ll be challenged and motivated by your fitness instructor to discover your true strength and stamina. At the end of each class you’ll feel more empowered, with a great sense of accomplishment.

You now have an opportunity to work harder to achieve your personal fitness goals in a group setting, make new friends and build camaraderie. Rest assured, you will define and strengthen your body and discover your true potential.

Be sure to bring water and a towel. Also, do not forget to bring your attitude and resolve to last through the session. This class is conducted at most Extreme Fitness locations in Toronto.
