Advanced Step
ADVANCE STEP PROGRAM SUMMARY
Advanced Step class is somewhat more complex than in a regular class. Participants need to have some degree of familiarity with the basic moves conducted in a regular, all-levels Step class. L-steps, stomps, Mambos, shuffles and half-hop turns are liberally sprinkled throughout the class that moves at a quick pace. Feel free to lower your platform in order to keep in step with directional changes as presented by your certified Group Fitness Instructor. 
 
Although Advanced Step is not for beginners, you don’t have to become an expert before giving the class a try. Simply take a deep breath, bolster up some confidence, and step to it. It may take a couple of classes to feel comfortable with the heightened routine, but the exhilaration you feel at the end of the session will have you stepping proud!
