EXTREME BOOTCAMP PROGRAM SUMMARY
Are you ready for a high-intensity cardio workout that will test your physical endurance? If so, welcome to the elite ExtreME Bootcamp Group Fitness class. You will be pushed and challenged to the limits to improve your stamina. 
 
At Extreme Fitness, we have accelerated Bootcamp to the next level. Watch the pounds melt off as your intensity level increases with a combination of traditional Bootcamp, combined with Tabata, the latest intense training sensation. Tabata is a sequence of exercises, each performed for a four-minute period, in intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery. Without a doubt, ExtreME Bootcamp will test you, both in cardiovascular ability, as well as muscular endurance.
 
Be sure to bring water and towel. For sure, you will need both. This class is conducted at most Extreme Fitness locations in Toronto and the GTA.
