Fit4Hockey

 

Fit4Hockey is a group fitness training program offered to hockey players by Extreme Fitness at Dunfield (Eglinton and Yonge) and Whitby locations. Sessions are starting from November 4 and 5. Please call the club reception to sign up.

Extreme Fitness has teamed up with Lucas Miller High Performance Hockey School to bring members a high-tempo hockey specific group fitness class. If you are looking to fine tune your hockey skills while getting a great workout, this is the place to be. In this one-hour group fitness class you will:

* Train like a pro hockey player;
* Learn how to play at a higher fitness level;
* Improve speed and endurance;
* Improve focus & concentration;
* Learn how to skate faster than your opponent;
* Have more energy in your game; and
* score more goals.

Time:
Dunfield: Friday at 6 pm
Whitby: Saturday at 12 pm
