BALL INTERVALS PROGRAM SUMMARY
Have a ball as you work your body into better shape at Extreme Fitness. Interval workouts are short, dynamic exercises that vary from station to station. In Ball Intervals, the ball is an integral exercise tool that is easy, yet functional for participants of any level. Intervals of simple cardio moves with the ball interspersed with effective strength moves with weights and the ball are used to target the total body. The use of the ball throughout the class benefits core strength as well.
 
Simply holding on to the ball while executing basic conditioning moves, adds a level of complexity that makes your muscles work harder. Squatting with the ball held in front adds the challenge of maintaining your balance. Passing the ball from your hands to feet becomes an intense core and coordination workout.
