STRONG BODY PROGRAM SUMMARY
Who doesn’t want a “Strongbody”? Well, at Extreme Fitness, that’s what you can get when you regularly attend Strongbody Group Fitness classes. Strong body is designed to strengthen and tone your body’s muscles while using dumbbells. Your knowledgeable and experienced Group Fitness Instructor will lead you through a 60-minute full-body, resistance-training workout. Major muscle groups including quadriceps, hamstrings, biceps, triceps, back and chest are targeted during the class. By working the larger muscles in the body, you burn more calories, making a goal of losing weight, that much more achievable.
The class is programmed to driving, uplifting, motivating music so that you might not even notice how hard you’re working. Challenging yourself from class to class, and from song to song will keep you motivated and going strong.
