MIXED MARSHAL ARTS PROGRAM SUMMARY
This intense hybrid class combines the conditioning of Muay Thai, the precision striking of Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing, and the controlled takedowns of Jiu-Jitsu. It is designed to strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, provide tactical Martial Arts training and develop your coordination. 
 
Some of our MMA Group Fitness classes require pre-registration at a nominal cost. Other classes, such as the MMA Striking, and Jiu-Jitsu classes are included with your membership. Please contact us for more information about our MMA classes at an Extreme Fitness location near you.
